Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire un **Sales Account **nel nostro Team della Business Unit **TeamSystem Construction**, dedicato principalmente alle soluzioni per il **mercato delle Imprese di Costruzione/Impianti e delle Società di Ingegneria/Progettazione. L'obiettivo è cogliere le grandi opportunità che il PNRR ha riservato alla trasformazione digitale dei Cantieri Edili e che ci vede come protagonisti con soluzioni software cloud innovative specifiche per gestire tutti le fasi di esecuzione delle Opere: Gestionale Amministrazione, Progettazione, BIM, e Procurement, Gare e con piattaforme cloud per i Bonus Edilizi.**

Come Sales Account svilupperai le tue competenze nella vendita di prodotti/servizi in ambito Construction, supporterai il cliente nell'individuare le soluzioni che rispondono alle sue necessità e curerai in prima persona tutte le fasi della trattativa commerciale.

Hard Skills necessarie per la posizione:

- 2-3 anni di esperienza maturata in ambito commerciale nel settore delle imprese o in ambito engineering;
- Forte predisposizione all'utilizzo di tool digitali di collaborazione di ultima generazione;
- Laurea e/o diploma in materie economiche o collegate al mondo delle construction;

Soft Skills necessarie per la posizione:

- Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, fortemente orientati al risultato e che manifestino ottima attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi;
- Precisione, affidabilità, passione, attenzione alla customer satisfaction, curiosità, ma soprattutto grande spirito di enterpreneurship;
- Capacità di interagire in dinamiche e contesti complessi e tecnologicamente evoluti;
- Ti saranno inoltre utili spiccate capacità di organizzazione e ottima gestione della relazione con clienti e collaboratori;
- Forte motivazione al ruolo, passione per il mondo ITC con particolare riguardo al settore delle nuove tecnologie e alla digital trasformation;
