Would you like develop innovative technology? Do you enjoy networking with a wide range of people? Join our Engineering and Technology team ASPIRE, our early career-development program, focuses on accelerating the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over a two-year period.
The program has a global footprint with 7 independentfunctional tracks.The Aspire Engineering & Technology track is for early career, highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their leadership skills.
Take your career to the next level ASPIRE members complete four 6-months or two six months + 1 year rotations inside Engineering & Technology function: rotations are determined by career interest, current business need and performance.
All rotations include in-depth technical training within the function and meaningful working experience on the most relevant technologies and being in contact with Customers as well.
The Aspire Engineering & Technology track is for early career, highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their technical and soft skills through training and a variety of business-critical assignments.
The program is designed to accelerate participants' professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments.Program graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions proactively and continually to BH's future and to Energy transition challenge.
As part of our Early Career Program, you will be responsible for:Participating in intentional and structured career development activities and receive active coaching and mentoringCompleting formal training in engineering fundamentals essential to the Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant for the businessNetworking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, interacting with global business leaders cross-functionallySolving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teamsParticipating in international experiences and assignmentsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, Civil, Vehicles Engineering or achieve the above Master's degree within July 31st 2024, or have equivalent knowledge or up to 3 years work experience.
Demonstrated Academic excellenceInternship in any of the technical areas (Engineering preferred) or related equivalent experiencePassion for engineering with strong technical attitude and an analytical approach to problem solvingGeographically mobile (locations may vary)Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBe legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.
As desired characteristics you will demonstrate effective written and oral communication, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset, a high "say-do" ratio (execute on your commitments), teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, drive for results, and initiative.
