LA POSIZIONEAll'interno del Finance, la figura del/la Treasury Specialist, in coordinamento con la Treasury Leader, si occupa dello svolgimento di attività di Tesoreria, Collection e relative ai pagamenti, nonché della predisposizione di report periodici, interagendo e fornendo supporto, ove necessario, ai consulenti ERP, ai revisori dei conti e a Save The Children International.PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'Collaborare per l'implementazione di nuove tecnologie, prodotti e servizi finalizzati all'ottimizzazione e semplificazione delle operazioni bancarie;Garantire il rispetto delle procedure interne nell'ambito dell'attività di Tesoreria;Gestire le attività relative ai pagamenti, nelle riconciliazioni bancarie extra-contabili, negli inserimenti manuali dei movimenti bancari sull'ERP;Collaborare alle attività finalizzate all'implementazione di possibili nuovi strumenti di incasso/pagamento;Monitorare le condizioni bancarie applicate;Assistere alla predisposizione dei Report di Tesoreria: prima nota di Tesoreria, Cash Flow analitico, Report di Collection, etc;Garantire assistenza nella gestione dei rapporti con gli Istituti di credito;Collaborare con i consulenti ERP ed i revisori dei conti ove necessario;Interagire con Save The Children International laddove richiesto.Svolgere attività di back office con le altre aree dell'organizzazioneESPERIENZE E QUALIFICHEEsperienza di 2/3 anni su attività di TesoreriaPreferibile laurea in economia e affiniBuona conoscenza lingua Inglese.SOFT SKILLS SPECIFICHEPersona dinamica e propositiva, capace di lavorare in autonomiaOttime capacità organizzative e abilità a lavorare con scadenze stretteProblem solving e capacità di definire le priorità delle attivitàOrientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in maniera proattivaAttitudine a lavorare in teamALTROCondivisione della mission e dei principi di Save The Children
