**Purchasing Manager** (Design/Arredamento)**

La figura, riportando all'Operations Manager, avrà l'opportunità di mettersi in gioco in un contesto in forte crescita, dinamico e leader di mercato.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare, perfezionare ed eseguire nuove e migliori strategie di acquisto allargando il parco fornitori;
- Valutare, migliorare e sviluppare le operazioni nel mercato locale (Brianza) e italiano;
- Supervisionare la gestione delle consegne e il rispetto di contratti e tempi;
- Gestire una risorsa operativa facente parte del team;
- Gestire ogni aspetto della catena di fornitura in collaborazione con l'ufficio qualità e l'ufficio tecnico, riportando all'Operation Manager ogni possibile ostacolo che impedisca l'ideale efficienza;
- Istituire procedure e contrattualistica per monitorare marginalità ed efficienza dei fornitori;
- Studiare e migliorare le catene produttive attualmente in corso per valutare l'individuazione di fornitori capi commessa che garantiscano la consegna di un prodotto finito;
- Gestire trattative economiche e scontistiche con i fornitori compresi eventuali reclami o non conformità legate ad aspetti qualitativi del prodotto, che comportino penali o riaddebiti;
- Eseguire analisi dei costi e stabilire parametri di riferimento adeguati;
- Fornire spunti e idee per la creazione di viste o report personalizzati per il monitoraggio dell'andamento dei fornitori e la gestione delle scorte di magazzino con il nuovo sistema TeamSystem Enterprise.

Requisiti:

- Conoscenza generale del mondo arredamento / design / tessile;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di circa 10 anni;
- Conoscenza di TeamSystem Enterprise (nice to have);
- Approccio proattivo, innovativo, flessibile, dinamico, orientato ai processi;
- Ottime capacità gestionali, di negoziazione e di problem solving.
