**Posizione**:
**Che ruolo ricoprirai?**
Nel ruolo di **Product Manager** avrai il compito di:
Studiare i trend del settore della mobilità, dei trasporti e della logística per individuare e valutare le linee evolutive e i fattori distintivi per il prodotto.
Analizzare le esigenze di mercato, valutare il livello di competizione e le opportunità di evoluzione del prodotto.
Contribuire alla valutazione del ritorno dell'investimento, alla definizione e gestione della roadmap del prodotto.
Definire il piano di evoluzione, presidiarne l'avanzamento tecnico ed economico.
Supportare e supervisionare le attività operative di realizzazione del prodotto e di predisposizione delle release da rilasciare al mercato, presidiando la preparazione di tutte le componenti tecniche e documentali ad esse associate.
Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per comprendere, rivedere e affinare i requisiti di prodotto e per promuoverne l'adozione supportando le attività commerciali e di marketing, la predisposizione delle offerte, la progettazione delle soluzioni che utilizzano il prodotto.
**Requisiti**:
**Qual è il tuo background?**
Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Product Manager di prodotti software o ruoli affini.
Conoscenza approfondita del settore dei trasporti, della mobilità e della logística.
Capacità di definire la visione, la strategia e gli obiettivi del prodotto in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
Capacità di analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e del mercato, tradurle in caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali, valutarne l'opportunità e la convenienza economica.
Capacità di coordinarsi e collaborare con le diverse strutture aziendali coinvolte nello sviluppo del prodotto (innovazione, qualità, marketing, vendite, sviluppo, etc.)
Capacità di gestire le priorità, i rischi e le opportunità del prodotto
Capacità di monitorare e valutare le performance del prodotto e apportare le azioni correttive necessarie
Capacità di comunicare efficacemente il valore del prodotto sia internamente che esternamente
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
