ACTIVITIESCrew Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process for clients, from job postings, sourcing prospective candidates till examine all Seafarer's and Offshore experience and checking references to ensure true sea service and performance.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in Crew and Maritime Recruiting or similar experiences in Maritime/Offshore industryKnowledge of STCW regulations, Flag state documentations andImmigration proceduresOrganizational skills, attention to details, problem solvingattitude and able to manage multiple tasks.
