Responsabilità

La risorsa si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti mansioni:
Supportare attivamente la divisione italiana concentrandosi su esigenze dei clienti ed obiettivi di vendita;
Collaborare con Area Sud Europa e dipartimento centrale della Supply Chain;
Gestire il raggiungimento di tutti i KPI rilevanti;
Svolgere analisi specifiche del cliente (DSL, disponibilità di colli di bottiglia, richieste);
Supportare implementazione degli standard di Sales Supply Chain a livello locale e di Area;
Supportare implementazione dei requisiti della catena di fornitura di vendita per nuove attività o estensioni;
Monitoraggio a livello locale e di area dei KPI;
Individuare punti deboli e contromisure per ottimizzare processi;
Elaborare la richiesta del cliente relativa alla catena di approvvigionamento ( pulizia delle scorte, calcoli del contratto di servizio);
Implementare strumenti analitici;

Implementare reportistica per migliorare la catena di approvvigionamento interna ed esterna;
Partecipare a progetti e meeting per clienti e/o progetti di Area;
Suggerire soluzioni per il miglioramento dei processi;
Competenze

Requisiti:
Laurea in ingegneria/economia o ambiti affini;
Esperienza in Sales Supply Chain, preferibilmente nel mercato dell' Aftermarket settore automotive;
Livello fluente di lingua inglese;
Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office (excel, power query, power pivot) e SAP R/3;
Conoscenza di Power BI e SQL;
Orientamento al cliente;
Abilità analitiche di alto livello;
Competenze comunicative, orientate al team, capacità di gestire conflitti e critiche);
Attenzione ai dettagli;
Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, modalità ibrido.
