Come VM sarai responsabile di creare un'esperienza di acquisto coinvolgente per i clienti di canali Retai, Franchising e Outlet attraverso la presentazione visiva dei prodotti.Collaborerai con il team di vendita e il marketing per garantire che l'aspetto e la disposizione del prodotto rifletta la visione e lo stile del brand ( brand awarness).Responsabilità principali:1 Creazione vetrine. Ideare e realizzare vetrine creative ed accattivanti che riflettano le tendenze attuali e il posizionamento del brand;2 Gestione degli allestimenti. Assicurarsi che il setup interno dei negozi sia eseguito in modo accurato e puntuale secondo le linee guida stabilite, inclusi cambi di stagione, promozioni ed eventi speciali;3 Realizzazione strumenti guida ( VM book, VM guidelines);4 Analisi dei KPI. Monitorare i KPI delle vetrine e degli allestimenti, raccogliendo dati e feedback sulle vendite per identificare opportunità di miglioramento ed apportare miglioramenti strategici;5 Progettazione e disposizione dello spazio. Sviluppare ed implementare piani di layout (zoning) e la disposizione degli articoli nei negozi per massimizzare l'attrattività visiva ed ottimizzare la presentazione del prodotto;6 Coordinamento con il team di vendita. Collaborare con il team dei negozi Retail e Outlet per garantire una chiara comprensione delle strategie di merchandising e per fornire supporto delle stesse ai clienti;7 Gestione del Budget. Requisiti:- Esperienza pregressa nel visual merchandising nel settore moda o retail;- Conoscenza delle tendenze e delle dinamiche del settore della moda;- Creatività:- Buone capacità di comunicazione e relazionali;- Capacità organizzative e attenzione nei dettagli:- Conoscenza degli strumenti e delle tecniche di visual merchandising.
