About the job:

General description of your responsibilities:

Ensuring personnel records and policies are constantly up to date, while acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Support the HR and Business leaders by provided accurate reports and data. Create new and maintain existing HR records, reports and overall administration.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and newhire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensurelegal compliance
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employeeinformation (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and workschedules)
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,
HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

  • Experience with HR software
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Place of work:
Kranj, Slovenia - hybrid mode (with 1-2 days per week remote working possible)
