We provide a vibrant, entrepreneurial, and global work atmosphere where you'll play a key role in expanding Amazon's iconic offerings like Kindle ebooks, Kindle Unlimited, and Prime Reading.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in negotiation, relationship building, and analytics. We anticipate the candidate to conceptualize, recommend, and implement a vision while establishing programs and features from scratch.

You must have the ability to influence across various departments, exhibit exceptional analytical thinking, and a history of delivering outcomes. You'll establish and nurture new publisher relationships and enhance existing ones. Being customer-centric, entrepreneurial, and innovative is crucial.



Within this role, you will:

  • Act as an expert relationship manager and communicator, collaborating closely with publishers, including C-level executives, to ensure Amazon customers have easy access to a wide range of books, prompt downloads at competitive prices, and a stellar reading experience
  • Be accountable for specific publisher-level metrics concerning selection, engagement with subscription programs, and profitability
  • Contribute significantly to the success of Kindle Unlimited and Prime Reading
  • Become an expert in ebooks, staying abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and readers' demands, then innovating to meet these needs
  • Drive projects, specialized areas, and business metrics at local, European, or global levels, collaborating closely with leaders across the Books organization
This role is available in Italy, Spain, or Luxembourg.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in Italian and English (verbal and written)
  • MBA preferred
  • SQL experience
  • Project or program leadership experience
  • Experience in the Book or related media content industries
