We are looking for Back Office &

Assistant Wedding Planner:
for our GENOVA office.

This role is perfect for energetic, organised and creative individuals who prefer a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

This position provides support to the Events planners to assist them in coordinating and executing successful events.

You should be methodical and adept at handling difficult or stressful situations, and demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to inquiries, administrative tasks, event logistics, coordination, and event oversight.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to problems and assist clients with a calm, courteous, and helpful manner and attitude.
  • Driving license required
  • Availability to travel
