**Engineering Manager Leather Goods**:

As a key industrial platform for some of the labels in OTB's portfolio,including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Jil Sander, Marni and Diesel's shoes, bags, and small leather goods division, Staff International also works under an exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2 and Koché.

Per la nostra realtà, stiamo ricercando un/a Engineering Manager Leather Goods che, all'interno della Divisione Pelletteria, avrà la responsabilità di guidare il processo di industrializzazione per i nuovi prodotti, così come il miglioramento di quelli esistenti, assicurare un project management efficiente ed efficace e garantire che i nuovi prodotti siano lanciati rispettando gli standard qualitativi, di costi e obiettivi di time-to-market.

La figura, lavorando a stretto contatto con le funzioni di sviluppo prodotto e con la produzione:

- Assicura il processo di industrializzazione, guidando ed integrando tutte le fasi dalla ricezione del prototipo al lancio delle linee di prodotto.
- Sviluppa soluzioni tecniche nella fase di industrializzazione per garantire l'ottimizzazione dei tempi e dei costi, così come qualità ed efficacia del processo di produzione
- Sviluppa tutta la documentazione sulle informazioni tecniche per la produzione e ne organizza archiviazione e condivisione
- Gestisce il processo di selezione dei fornitori, cooperando con la Produzione nel processo di assegnazione attività allo specifico fornitore
- Assicura un costante monitoraggio dei progetti di Industrializzazione nel rispetto del time-to-market richiesto, valutando priorità di revisione o azioni correttive
- Garantisce un'analisi dei costi efficiente ed efficace, monitorando il costo del prodotto durante il processo di industrializzazione al fine di rispettare i target
- Condivide con i fornitori le specifiche di prodotto e verifica la loro applicazione attraverso visite in sede
- Controlla e approva le Teste di serie di produzione realizzati dai fornitori
- Assicura supporto tecnico e coordinamento delle informazioni tra fornitori
- Supporta il dipartimento di Sviluppo Prodotto assicurando un costante allineamento
- Garantisce un continuo aggiornamento tecnico e tecnologico
- In collaborazione con il team QC, definisce linee guida e parametri per il Controllo Qualità del prodotto finito
- Definisce linee guida e istruzioni per il confezionamento del prodotto finito
- Gestisce e coordina il team dei tecnici industrializzatori

Requisiti:

- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo di industrializzazione pelletteria in aziende del settore Luxury/Fashion
- Formazione da Modellista
- Ottima conoscenza del prodotto e del parco fornitori
- Esperienza nelle dinamiche di gestione della creatività
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti IT
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
