We are looking for a motivated
Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in our Milan HQ.

What you will do


Reporting to the Finance and Tax Manager, this internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in the accounting and finance field.

It will comprise of general supporting in day-to-day accounting operations of our S.p.
A Group.

Specifically:

  • Collaborate on the management of daily administrative tasks, conducting routine checks to ensure that financial processes are running smoothly.
  • Help managing deadlines related to financial tasks.
  • Order coordination, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Support on NetSuite management software.
  • Contribute to the customization and configuration tasks within the ERP system, including creation or improvement of standardized reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure proper flow of information.
  • Archive and maintain organized administrative documents.

Personal profile

  • Diploma in Accounting or graduating/graduate in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Time management and proactivity
  • Good command of written and spoken English
