Per la società Atlas Copco Italia Srl, parte della multinazionale Atlas Copco Group, siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico Manutentore ("Field Service Engineer") per la sede operativa di Rivoli (TO).

Il candidato ideale dovrà garantire la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, la ricerca di guasti e la riparazione di compressori ed essiccatori Atlas Copco e di altri primari marchi che si trovano presso i nostri clienti dislocati nell'area indicata neII'annuncio.
Dovrà soddisfare le richieste dei clienti in termini manutentivi e di chiarimenti circa guasti e riparazioni sfruttando le competenze acquisite in fase di formazione e affiancamento sul campo.
La nuova risorsa sarà supportata nella pianificazione delle sue attività grazie ad un team di colleghi che gestiscono le richieste dei clienti.

Descrizione delle attività:

Seguire tutte le norme e le procedure di sicurezza stabilite ed in vigore, comprese quelle stabilite dal cliente.Eseguire la manutenzione e le riparazioni di compressori ed essiccatori industriali di varie taglie e tecnologie presso le sedi dei clienti, utilizzando il furgone ed i mezzi in dotazione.Effettuare ricerche guasto di natura elettrica, meccanica ed elettronica e stabilire le attività necessarie per le eventuali riparazioni.Valutare ed applicare professionalmente le procedure, operazioni e tempistiche previste, efficientando al massimo le proprie attività senza trascurare mail la sicurezza e la qualità, e segnalando tempestivamente al proprio supervisore eventuali criticità o variazioni.Eseguire le riparazioni inclusi i relativi controlli al completamento dei Iavori, documentando che tutti i requisiti di sicurezza siano soddisfatti o segnalando eventuali ulteriori azioni correttive.Illustrare al cliente gli esiti dell'intervento, in particolare segnalando eventuali criticità o rischi per la sicurezza.Comprendere l'interesse del cliente ad acquistare ulteriori riparazioni o eventuali modifiche, e registrare questa segnalazione con gli strumenti in dotazione.Completare i rapporti di servizio e gli altri documenti richiesti in modo professionale e inviarli in modo tempestivo e in conformità con le linee guida stabilite dall'azienda.Mantenere una comunicazione regolare con il proprio manager e con il proprio team, in totale conformità con le prassi interne stabilite.Mantenere tutte le attrezzature, i veicoli e i beni messi a disposizione dall'azienda in condizioni di funzionamento sicure e corrette utilizzandoli in modo sicuro e responsabile. Informare il proprio supervisore di eventuali criticità.Assicurare la verifica inventariale dei materiali presenti sul furgone. Documentare l'utilizzo di ricambi o la vendita al cliente in accordo alle procedure aziendali.

Requisiti necessari:

Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore (preferibilmente in ambito tecnico quale elettronico e meccatronico)Interesse ed esperienza nella manutenzione elettromeccanica su compressi d'ariaComprensione schemi elettrici, parti e componentiDisponibilità a straordinari e trasferteOttima conoscenza Iingua italianaDiscreta conoscenza Iingua ingleseOttima capacità organizzativa, autonomia, problem solvingGrande attenzione al clienteFlessibilità ed attitudine al Iavoro di squadraUtilizzo pacchetto Office, PC/device ed app in generePatente B italiana/europeaResidenza nella provincia di Torino o limitrofe

La figura avrà l'incarico di svolgere la manutenzione sugli impianti dei nostri clienti, partendo dalla sede locale, recandosi presso le sedi dei clienti con un furgone attrezzato, e coordinandosi con il proprio supervisore. Potrà secondo necessità essere impiegato all'occorrenza in Officina per la realizzazione di revisioni e/o riparazioni.

Sede di lavoro: Rivoli (TO), ma l'attività si svolge pressoché presso le sedi dei clienti.
