Summary

As Administrative Transport and Distribution Services, you will be the owner and accountable for the Administration responsibilities for Baxter Transport department in Italy.

Based in the Distribution Operations Baxter offices in Monselice, Padova, which are set within the facilities of the 3PL Distribution Centre warehouse in charge of the distribution of Baxter products in Italy.

What you'll be doing

• Audit carrier and Warehouse invoicing process. Ensure accuracy of invoices and timely processing.
• Make invoice claims to suppliers and request Credit Note if necessary.
• Receive invoices/credit notes in Baxter systems to book cost/credit and process supplier payment.
• Exception management through ticketing system to resolve payment or Invoice issues.
• Generate and allocate transport costs to business units using JDEdwards, Freight Cost Allocation module.
• Create necessary accruals for the monthend closure.
• Will be responsible for assembling and reporting of regular KPI's and adhoc reporting requests.
• Management through KPI's. Build a strong metric control dashboard to enable bestinclass distribution performance
• Handling of Service Complaints. Responsible to follow up with suppliers to identify root cause.
• Follow up on the Return process for Equipment. Ensuring continued flow by tracking collections with carriers.
• Main key user on JDE Freight Cost Allocation module.
• Open tickets with IT for the Incident resolution of Baxter systems.
• Establish a systematic control for the Pallet return flow.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or Degree
• Extensive experience (+ 5 years) in transport and Distribution with a multinational firm or working for a 3PL's Transport and/or Warehouse or Experience on similar role on a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device company.
• Knowledge of legislation on transport
• Analytical, Technological and Digital mindset

• English at First level
