Per una technology startup innovativa fondata il 4 marzo 2019 con sede a Milano (Italia), specializzata nello sviluppo e commercializzazione di sensori ottici altamente innovativi per processi industriali nell'ambito dello sviluppo dell'industria 4.0 e 5.0. ricerchiamo un Project Manager.

Principali responsabilità

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinare risorse interne e fornitori terzi per l'esecuzione impeccabile dei progetti;
  • Garantire che tutti i progetti siano consegnati in tempo;
  • Assicurare disponibilità e allocazione delle risorse;
  • Sviluppare un piano di progetto dettagliato per monitorare il progresso dello stesso;
  • Utilizzare adeguate tecniche di verifica per gestire cambiamenti nello scope, programma e costi del progetto;
  • Misurare le prestazioni del progetto utilizzando sistemi, strumenti e tecniche appropriate;
  • Segnalare e interfacciarsi al Management quando necessario;
  • Risk management del progetto per ridurre al minimo i rischi;
  • Stabilire e mantenere relazioni con fornitori terzi;
  • Creare e mantenere documentazione completa del progetto.
Principali caratteristiche richieste

Competenze Richieste:

  • Esperienza nei settori di competenza aziendale, gestione, e budgeting;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnologici profondi con un forte grado di innovazione;
  • Capacità di analisi razionale dei problemi e delle situazioni;
  • Capacità di problem solving;
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione ed empatia;
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gestione dei progetti.
