**Contenuto della posizione**: il/la titolare della posizione si assicura che tutti i processi aziendali funzionino sempre al meglio e che i team dei diversi dipartimenti collaborino per raggiungere gli obiettivi di business.

Rende fluida ed economica la gestione delle Operations, ovvero semplifica, ottimizza e monitora costantemente i processi aziendali strategici, ponendo al centro il soddisfacimento delle richieste e delle aspettative del cliente, non solo in termini di qualità del prodotto/servizio, ma anche nei tempi di risposta e di soddisfazione dell'interazione sui diversi canali.

**Attività**
- Si assicura che i team coinvolti a vario titolo nelle attività operative collaborino attivamente al miglioramento continuo dei processi;
- Definisce i tempi e i costi dei processi e identifica prontamente le sacche di inefficienza proponendo le dovute correzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo;
- E' responsabile dell'effettiva gestione dell'Ordine di Vendita una volta acquisito dal cliente, della delivery del prodotto nella tempistica pattuita e della qualità del prodotto fornito al cliente;
- E' responsabile della verifica del rispetto del timing della produzione e della logística;
- Definisce e monitora i KPI a supporto degli obiettivi aziendali per la valutazione dell'efficienza ed efficacia dei processi presidiati;
- E' responsabile di tutte le attività di pianificazione operativa e supporto strategico alla Direzione Aziendale;
- Definisce e condivide con la Direzione gli obiettivi per lo sviluppo del business aziendale e l'allocazione delle risorse per il loro raggiungimento, con uno spiccato orientamento al risultato;
**Requisiti**
- Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale;
- Esperienza maturata nell'area Operations di aziende modernamente organizzate preferibilmente del Settore Automazione.
- **Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.**
