Junior QA Automation Engineer

Location:
MILANO Via G.da Procida, Milano (MI)

Description:
Support the team by designing, implementing, and executing automated test scenarios for our product development with a delivery-oriented approach.
Identify and monitor bugs, generate reports, and cooperate with the software development team. Take part in creating our automated test framework, in collaboration with Team Leader. Enhance automation processes within the team and foster a culture of software quality.

Collaborate with the team in comprehending business requirements and logic to outline test cases for the system under test (web and mobile).

Promptly identifying issues that could affect automated tests to prevent such situations and reduce risks.

Required Skills:
Educational background and/or degree in IT/Engineering or related fields

Enthusiasm and dedication towards manual functional testing

An engineering mindset for implementing automated test scenarios is crucial

Proficiency in developing effective test scripts (at least 1-year experience)

Familiarity with automated testing tools available, especially Selenium WebDriver

Familiarity with Agile practices

Fluency in Italian and English

Nice to have:
Experience with CI tools usage; Strong communication abilities to engage with stakeholders.

Personal Profile:
Curious about exploring new technologies in automation

Strong problem-solving abilities

Effective reporting skills

Excellent time management
