We are looking for an intern for our Employer Relations & Career Services Office (Industrial & Consumer Goods and Services), the Office in charge of managing relationships with the Employers, understanding their needs and providing internships and career opportunities for Bocconi students.
At the same time, the Office supports students while approaching the job market, in order to facilitate the perfect match between supply and demand.
This internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will allow the person to deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with a particular focus on Bocconi University relations with national and international Employers.
- Taking care of JobGate, the job-posting platform of the University
- Managing the internship/placement offers
- Supporting in dealing with the HR Departments of partner companies in order to support their selection processes
- Researching potential national and international employers
- Supporting the organization of the jobrelated meetings, seminars and events
- Supporting the team in daily activities
Requirements:
- Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Curious to know how an higher education institution operates in the international education market
- Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; handson approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; selfstarter with strong attention to detail.
