LOCATION
The position is located at Aman Venice, Italy.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Assists the first and second Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the activities are carried out correctly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promises and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Conducts quality checks on works done by Housekeeping Room Attendants
• Ensures clean and complete arrival and occupied rooms in a timely manner
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth running of the housekeeping department
• Support in the administrative tasks
• Reports to superiors lost and damaged items
• Ensures scheduled periodic works are carried out

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal Italian and English
• Ability to work in a team
