**TENDER/ESTIMATOR EXPERT - BU RETAIL LUSSO (SEDE MILANO CITTA')**
La figura del Tender/Estimator Expert, riportando al Responsabile dell'ufficio gare, prepara l'offerta técnica er partecipare alla gara d'appalto della BU di riferimento nelle aree geografiche in cui l'azienda opera (Italia, Europa, ME). E' responsabile del raggiungimento dei target di costo garantendo la marginalità della commessa, in coordinamento con le altre funzioni della Società.
L'attività comprende l'analisi técnica dei documenti di gara, dei requisiti contrattuali (al fine di ottimizzare i costi e i ricavi), il contatto coi subfornitori, per le varie categorie individuate, la tabulazione delle offerte ricevute dai subfornitori, la redazione e/o verifica dei computi metrici predisposti dal cliente, il supporto nella formulazione delle analisi di costo e della stima complessiva, il supporto nella determinazione dei tempi di esecuzione e delle eventuali programmazioni dei lavori.
Desideriamo incontro profili, dal mondo delle costruzioni, general contractor, facility management, con esperienza attuale o pregressa di cantiere, nella gestione dei subcontractors e nei computi metrici. Verranno prese in considerazione figure junior o senior, che si occupano di preventivazione/offertazione (ideale) o, in alternativa, in ambito procurement, progettazione, project engineering, project management, interessate ad operare in questa funzione. Conoscono il pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel, ed hanno dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di Project (o strumenti assimilabili) per la redazione delle programmazioni dei lavori; preferibilmente anche di Autocad. Idealmente usano per lavoro la lingua inglese; se la conoscenza è limitata, sono interessati a migliorarla. Completano il profilo la capacità di negoziazione e di comunicazione, di lavorare in team e gestire i dei tempi, con orientamento ai risultati e alla qualità
