Attualmente in Italia Air Liquide si compone di tre Business Line:

- Large Industries: sviluppa i mercati correlati alla produzione e vendita di gas dell'aria in grandi quantità e assicura la distribuzione, mediante specifici sistemi di fornitura (tubazioni), ai grandi clienti industriali.
- Industrial Merchant: sviluppa la produzione e la vendita dei gas liquidi e condizionati, gestisce la produzione on site e i servizi per la clientela industriale.
- Elettronica: sviluppa il mercato relativo ai gas ad altissima purezza per l'industria dei semiconduttori.

Attraverso tecnologie e servizi innovativi, Air Liquide Italia propone soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto che migliorano sia le performance industriali che l'impatto ambientale.

**Descrizione ruolo e principali attività
La risorsa sarà inserita nella Direzione HR della filiale italiana e riporterà direttamente al Direttore HR.

Rappresenterà il punto di riferimento per il personale della Business Line di competenza, per la gestione di tutti i processi HR a supporto dei clienti interni anche ai fini della promozione della policy e delle best practice del Gruppo Air Liquide.

Gestirà le necessità organizzative della business line in termini di sviluppo organizzativo, job rotation, compensation, internal mobility, gestione del processo di performance evaluation, talent acquisition and succession plan management secondo processi integrati con quelli delle funzioni della corporate.

Raccoglierà gli input dei clienti interni e, relazionandosi con gli specialisti delle differenti funzioni HR (Learning & Development, Total Rewards,HR Digital Solutions,Talent Acquisition,Talent Management & Employee Experience, Organization Design & Change Management), promuoverà la realizzazione delle azioni più adeguate in risposta alle necessità del business ed in linea con la strategia HR aziendale.

In funzione delle esperienze maturate potrà supportare le attività di compensation & benefit in collaborazione con le strutture di supporto esterne all'azienda.

**Profilo e competenze
Per la posizione ricerchiamo:

- laureato/a (preferibile in Economia) / Master HR.
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (si considera un plus la conoscenza del francese).
- esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in ambito HR, solida esperienza nel ruolo di HR Business partner o in ruoli di HR Generalist.
- gradita esperienza in ambito compensation & benefit e nella gestione/applicazione dei contratti collettivi nazionali.

Settore di provenienza: preferibile ambito industriale e/o chimico farmaceutico.

Completano il profilo:

- ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, interfacciarsi con differenti interlocutori e livelli di seniority;
- capacità di gestione del conflitto e negoziazione;
