As Maintenance supervisor you will have the opportunity to coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment of the assigned areas.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.
- Ensure the correct execution of maintenance tasks quality, timeliness and HSE
- Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling overall repair and maintenance to minimize production downtime
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment
- Is responsible for the budget of its areas
- Engage the team responsible for the repairs and maintenance of equipment and machines
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members on continuous improvement
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions technical growth for the direct reports.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in complex environments
- You are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
- You have strong People Management skills
- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
