Role and responsibilities Avvale is looking for a SAP Retail Team Leader to join our project team and support key transformation initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP Retail , excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation within dynamic, international projects. He/she will join one of our offices, with flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities: Lead project streams within the SAP Retail domain, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines; Design and implement solutions within SAP Retail, ensuring quality and best practices; Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations; Support all project phases — from design and realization to testing, deployment, and post–go-live support; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation proposals within the SAP practice. Required Skills At least 4 years of experience in SAP Retail implementations; Proven experience in SAP project ; Solid understanding of S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI-CO, CAR, etc.); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Fluent English (both written and spoken).
