Capwatt promote, develop, and operate integrated energy optimization solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm. To integrate the Operations team in Italy we are searching a Plant Manager: Main Responsibilities: First level team coordination (Schedule; Holidays, Evaluation feedback) Assist in the daily operation of the biogas plant, ensuring processes run smoothly Monitor equipment and plant performance, addressing basic issues or escalating as needed Procurement and purchase procedures Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment under supervision Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in biogas plant operations, including team supervision Basic understanding of anaerobic digestion and energy generation processes Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and willingness to learn maintenance procedures Awareness of safety and environmental compliance requirements Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative Basic knowledge of Excel for simple data entry and reporting, and Outlook for communication and scheduling English knowledge will be a plus What we offer: Flexible and collaborative work environment Opportunities for continuous training and professional development Possibilities for internal mobility within an expanding company.
