Le risorse inserite si occuperanno della gestione dell’intero flusso di consulenza commerciale rivolto ai clienti che, attraverso il sito dell'azienda e altri canali di contatto, hanno manifestato l’interesse a valutare le offerte di Noleggio a Lungo Termine. Imparerai ad utilizzare i principali tool di preventivazione, un CRM che ti aiuterà nella gestione delle trattative e delle scadenze, oltre ad acquisire competenze di valutazione dei requisiti reddituali di accesso al credito. COSA FARAI? Prenderai in gestione un portafoglio Clienti assegnato dall’Azienda, per il quale sarai il referente per le sue esigenze di mobilità; mediante l’ascolto attivo e con l’utilizzo delle più innovative tecniche di vendita, sarai in grado di comprendere le loro esigenze e fornirgli informazioni utili circa le offerte pubblicate online; Guiderai il cliente nella fase di raccolta dei documenti necessaria alla conclusione di un contratto. Ti confronterai con una grande realtà che è in forte sviluppo su tutto il territorio italiano. REQUISITI: Propensione commerciale; Passione per il settore automotive; Capacità relazionali e di ascolto; Predisposizione al lavoro su obiettivi, Predisposizione a lavorare in team.
