You’ll work remotely with approximately 6–8 site visits per month across Italy, gaining exposure to diverse protocols and therapeutic areas - including niche treatments, blockbuster drugs, and innovative study designs. Key Responsibilities: Full site management from start-up to close-out. Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits (Phase I–III). Prepare and attend investigator meetings; manage clinical supplies and drug safety follow-up. Perform SDV, CRF review, regulatory document checks, and drug accountability. Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events. Assess patient recruitment and retention. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ proven CRA experience.
