In your role you’ll have the chance to: Drive Strategic Growth : Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies. Collaborate with Industry Experts : Work with a team of experiences consultants and subject matter experts to co-create innovative strategies and scalable solutions. Develop Client Relationships : Build and nurture long-term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor. Mentor and Lead Teams : Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Key Qualifications Educational Background : Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBA would be preferred. Industry Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry. Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred. Language Skills : Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset. Communication Excellence : Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations. Entrepreneurial Drive : Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation. Leadership Experience : Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration. Cultural Fit : Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands-on approach to solving client challenges. This role requires a high degree of travel flexibility . A strong commitment to being present where our clients need us most is essential to building trusted relationships and delivering impactful results.
