Per lo stabilimento di Fresenius Kabi Ipsum di Villadose (RO) stiamo ricercando: MAINTENANCE RELIABILITY SUPERVISOR Principali Responsabilità: Insieme ai supervisori, implementa piani di manutenzione preventive e predittiva; Stabilisce e monitora i KPI di manutenzione: n° di guasti; OEE; MTBF, MTTR; costi di manutenzione; aderenza al piano di manutenzione preventiva Prepara procedure di manutenzione preventiva e gestisce quelle in vigore in termini di aggiornamenti e/o modifiche; Partecipa all’ottimizzazione dei livelli delle scorte del magazzino in coerenza con i Piani di Manutenzione Preventiva e in collaborazione con la struttura di Manutenzione; Partecipa alla programmazione giornaliera delle attività di manutenzione correttiva; Prepara e partecipa ad audit di enti interni ed esterni come rappresentante dell’Ufficio di Manutenzione, interfacciandosi con il reparto Qualità e HSE. Collabora attivamente con i seguenti dipartimenti: Servizi Tecnici di Manutenzione, Produzione, Health, Safety & Environment e Quality Assurance Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata; Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Outlook; Elevata capacità di problem solving e di lavorare in team; Nice to have: pregressa esperienza sulla gestione delle ISO in ambito manutentivo e nel Project Management.
