Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented team pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and shaping a more sustainable future BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Who we are looking for: As a Visual content Marketing Junior Specialist, you will join our dynamic marketing team to support the end-to-end creation of visual content that enhances Caracol’s brand storytelling and communication across all digital and offline channels. You will play a key role in producing engaging and visually compelling materials - from photos and videos to graphics, renders, and animations - bringing Caracol’s innovation and technology to life. Few examples of responsibilities: Support the development and execution of visual content for campaigns, case studies, social media, events, and internal materials. Capture and edit photos and videos, ensuring alignment with brand identity and communication guidelines. Use design software and editing tools to produce high-quality multimedia content optimized for different platforms. Contribute ideas to strengthen Caracol’s visual language and digital presence. Ideal Background: Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Arts. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, visual design, or multimedia production. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics. Creativity, curiosity, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level or above).
