Senior Accountant

Job description COIMA SGR, leading independent company in managing Real Estate Investment Funds on behalf of Italian and international institutional investors is searching for a Senior Accountant - Finance. The ideal candidate will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial data and reports prepared for the assigned companies or funds. Specific responsibilities include independent accounting for all financial facts related to assigned funds, defining the timing of accounting entries, operational management of administrative reports, and more. Experience in a similar position within SGR or accounting firms dealing with corporate clients is required. Education: Degree in Economic, Administration, Finance, Control or possibly a diploma in Accounting. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of local and international accounting principles (IAS/IFRS), analytical accounting, VAT management, tax, and balance sheet management, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of specific management applications (e.g. Navision), and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Good written and spoken English.
