Are you with us? Main responsibilities: Learn and contribute to the development and improvement of our forecasting models for financial and business performance analysis. Assist in designing and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, focusing on AI agents that enhance our decision-making processes. Support the optimization and evaluation of our machine learning models, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Work with large datasets, extracting insights to enhance our predictive analytics and risk assessment capabilities. Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure efficient data pipelines and ETL processes for AI/ML applications. Engage with the Tech and Product teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into our platform. Work closely with the Portfolio Team to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions. Who we are looking for: Academic background in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field . Some experience (academic or professional) in working with forecasting models, ML, and AI . Curious and strong analytical mindset, with the ability to tackle complex problems. Passion for Generative AI and AI agents , and eager to explore their application in fintech. A great team player with strong collaboration skills. Required Skills: Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.). Knowledge of time series forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, etc.). Familiarity with Generative AI techniques and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face models). Strong understanding of SQL and ability to work with structured data. Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based AI solutions. Nice to Have : Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with financial data analysis or previous exposure to fintech. Hands-on experience with LangChain, AI agents, or AutoGen frameworks. Location: This position is for our Milan HQ. Terms and conditions: Salary range based on experience. Our HQ is in Milan, Italy, and we currently meet in the office three times per week .
