Agap2, società leader nella consulenza ingegneristica, è alla ricerca di un Junior Construction Manager con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore impiantistico o dei semiconduttori. Il Construction Manager incaricato si occuperà di affiancare le attività di pianificazione, coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di costruzione, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, budget, approvvigionamento materiali e qualità del progetto. Il tuo ruolo: Gestire e supervisionare le fasi di costruzione degli impianti, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi previsti. Coordinare le attività delle squadre operative, monitorando le diverse fasi di avanzamento del cantiere. Agire come punto di riferimento tecnico per clienti, fornitori e team interni. Individuare soluzioni rapide e ottimali per risolvere eventuali criticità operative. Le tue mansioni: Pianificazione dettagliata delle attività di cantiere, in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager. Controllo rigoroso del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente. Redazione e aggiornamento della reportistica tecnica, con analisi delle criticità e proposte di miglioramento. Coordinamento delle risorse tecniche coinvolte, garantendo la loro efficienza operativa. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica) Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore impiantistico industriale e nella gestione di cantieri complessi. Ottima conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro , processi di installazione e avviamento impianti. Spiccate capacità di leadership , organizzazione del lavoro e gestione delle priorità.
