Senior PHP Software Engineer – Shape the Future of Automotive Tech At MotorK, we’re driving digital transformation in one of the world’s biggest industries. To accelerate this journey, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our WebSpark team and help define the technical foundations that will power the next chapter of our growth. What You’ll Do: Lead significant technology initiatives from design to deployment. Work across the stack: from front-end (CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine) to back-end (expert-level PHP, Laravel, design patterns, robust architectural practices). Leverage and extend the WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, core). Build scalable, containerized systems using Docker and modern cloud infrastructures. Design, query, and optimize relational databases. Champion DevOps practices: automation, CI/CD, pipelines, and system reliability. Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and elevate the team's engineering standards. What We’re Looking For: Master-level expertise in PHP, including deep understanding of design patterns, performance optimization, scalable architectures, and modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel. Strong front-end development skills: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine. Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration. Strong foundation in database design and management. Experience with cloud services and infrastructures. A DevOps mindset with focus on automation, CI/CD, and pipelines. Keen eye for detail and commitment to writing clean, efficient, maintainable code. Experience with the WordPress ecosystem is a nice to have, not a mandatory requirement.
