About the Job /Sales Management Trainee Base:Milan, Italy We are OPPO’s authorized distributor in Italy and are launching a Management Trainee Program tailored to the Italian market. This program is designed to identify and develop high-potential managerial talents from outstanding graduates or young professionals. Through a combination of practical experience and systematic training, trainees are expected to grow into regional sales managers within 1–2 years, taking responsibility for store operations, sales management, and team empowerment. This is a future-oriented role that welcomes individuals who want to challenge themselves, grow rapidly, and create impact.
