Per il nostro Headquarter ricerchiamo un/una Senior HR Administration & Payroll da inserire all’interno del team HR, che avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione amministrativa e contrattuale del personale del gruppo. Principali responsabilità: Gestione e supervisione dell’amministrazione del personale per tutte le strutture del gruppo Coordinamento con lo studio paghe esterno per l’elaborazione dei cedolini e adempimenti mensili/annuali Controllo e validazione delle variabili mensili (presenze, straordinari, assenze, premi, etc.) Gestione delle attività post-paga: quadratura costi, budget del personale, reportistica HR e contabile Definizione dei costi del personale e nella pianificazione dei fabbisogni Monitoraggio scadenze contrattuali, gestione proroghe e trasformazioni, predisposizione documentazione di assunzione/cessazione Gestione delle comunicazioni obbligatorie e degli adempimenti previsti dalla normativa del lavoro Interfaccia con i dipendenti e i referenti di struttura per tematiche contrattuali e retributive Supporto all’implementazione di nuovi processi e sistemi HR in ottica di digitalizzazione ed efficienza operativa Requisiti: 3 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente maturata in contesti con dinamiche simili a quelle del settore alberghiero / ristorazione / retail Ottima conoscenza della normativa del lavoro Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato Consolidata esperienza nel rapporto con studi paghe esterni e nella gestione del ciclo completo di payroll Capacità di analisi dei costi del personale e conoscenza degli aspetti contributivi e fiscali Ottima padronanza di Excel Precisione, autonomia, riservatezza e forte orientamento al risultato Verranno considerati un plus: Conoscenza del CCNL Turismo Master in Amministrazione del personale, paghe e contributi o simili Cosa offriamo: Ruolo chiave in un gruppo alberghiero in espansione con reali opportunità di crescita professionale Ambiente di lavoro dinamico, giovane e collaborativo Ticket Restaurant Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza, secondo il CCNL Turismo Lavorare con in Milu Group significa entrare a far parte di un ambiente giovane, stimolante e in continua evoluzione.
