SPIC Srl , azienda con sede a Castelfranco Veneto , operante a livello internazionale nel settore delle costruzioni civili e grandi opere , è alla ricerca di un/una Quality Engineer da inserire all’interno del proprio team QHSE. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di garantire l’applicazione, il monitoraggio e il miglioramento continuo del Sistema di Gestione Qualità nei progetti di costruzione, in conformità alle normative vigenti , allo standard ISO 9001 e alle specifiche contrattuali del cliente . L’Azienda è in possesso delle seguenti principali certificazioni: UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – Sistemi di gestione per la qualità UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 – Sistemi di gestione ambientale UNI ISO 45001:2018 – Sistemi di gestione per la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro Responsabilità principali Mantenere, applicare e sviluppare il Sistema di Gestione Qualità aziendale e di cantiere secondo gli standard interni e normativi Redigere e aggiornare i Piani Qualità di Commessa (PQC) e la documentazione tecnica di controllo Assicurare i controlli qualitativi su materiali, lavorazioni e fornitori , anche tramite ispezioni in cantiere Supportare i Project Manager nella gestione degli aspetti qualitativi durante l’esecuzione dei lavori Gestire le Non Conformità (NC) , definendo azioni correttive e preventive e monitorandone l’efficacia Coordinarsi con clienti, enti di certificazione e ispettori di terza parte durante audit e verifiche Promuovere la cultura della qualità in tutta l’organizzazione , attraverso attività di formazione e sensibilizzazione del personale Gestire e archiviare la documentazione di qualità secondo le procedure aziendali Requisiti richiesti Formazione Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, dei Materiali o cultura affine Esperienza Almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore delle costruzioni civili/infrastrutturali Conoscenza dei principali processi di costruzione e delle normative tecniche di riferimento Competenze tecniche Conoscenza approfondita della norma ISO 9001 e dei Sistemi di Gestione Qualità Esperienza nell’applicazione e nel monitoraggio dei processi qualità in ambito cantiere Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio qualità , software gestionali e pacchetto Office Conoscenza di base delle normative ambientali e di sicurezza ( ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 costituiranno titolo preferenziale) Competenze trasversali Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving Precisione, autonomia operativa e attenzione al dettaglio Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team Lingue Italiano fluente (obbligatorio) Inglese tecnico (obbligatorio) Cosa offriamo Inserimento in una realtà internazionale Coinvolgimento in progetti di rilievo nel settore costruzioni Ambiente professionale orientato alla qualità e al miglioramento continuo RAL fino a 45.000 € commisurata all’esperienza Sede di lavoro: Castelfranco Veneto (con trasferte occasionali sui cantieri)
