Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructures

Requirements For our office in Rome, we are looking for graduates in Engineering or Architecture to join our Infrastructure Division team as Computist for projects to be developed for both public and private clients. The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of economic quantifications (parametric estimates / estimated metric calculations and related WBS setting / analysis and verification of new cost items / differential appraisals / work accounting) at the various stages of project design and execution. A technical background, effective communication skills and aptitude for teamwork are required. At least 3-5 years' experience in the design and execution of construction and infrastructure works (road/railways, structures and hydraulics, etc.) and knowledge of the most commonly used software for the preparation of metric calculations, accounting and price analyses (Team System CPM (formerly STR) / Primus / Autocad / Revit / ArchVision) is required. Knowledge of regional tariffs is also required, as well as knowledge of RFI and ANAS. A good level of English is considered an additional qualification. Requisiti Per la nostra sede di Roma, cerchiamo laureati in Ingegneria o Architettura da inserire nel nostro team della Divisione Infrastrutture come Computista per progetti da sviluppare sia per clienti pubblici che privati. Il candidato sarà responsabile della predisposizione delle quantificazioni economiche (stime parametriche /computi metrici estimativi e relativa impostazione della WBS / analisi e verifica di nuove voci di costo / perizie differenziali / contabilità lavori) nelle varie fasi di progettazione e di esecuzione del progetto. Si richiede un background tecnico, capacità di comunicazione efficace e attitudine al lavoro di squadra. Sono richiesti almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e nell’esecuzione di opere edili e infrastrutturali (viabilità/ferrovie, strutture, idraulica, ecc.) e la conoscenza dei software di uso più comune per la redazione di computi metrici, contabilità e analisi dei prezzi (Team System CPM (ex STR) / Primus / Autocad / Revit / ArchVision). Si richiede inoltre la conoscenza dei tariffari Regionali, oltre a quelle di RFI e ANAS. Un buon livello di inglese è considerato una qualifica aggiuntiva.
