Land Origination Manager (Contract) Dove: Remoto Regione: Central & Southern Italy | Sectors: Solar PV, Eolico, BESS Unisciti a un IPP italiano attivo nello sviluppo di progetti in tutte le tecnologie rinnovabili (PV, eolico, BESS). L’azienda, in forte crescita e parte di un grande fondo di costruzioni, sta cercando un Land Origination Manager da affiancare all’attuale scout come freelance, per supportare la crescente domanda. Responsabilità principali Individuare e acquisire terreni idonei per progetti di energie rinnovabili (PV, Eolico, BESS) Stabilire relazioni solide con proprietari terrieri, comunità locali e stakeholder Gestire le trattative e negoziare l’accesso ai terreni Analizzare la fattibilità dei siti e comprendere i vincoli autorizzativi Navigare le procedure di permitting e normative locali Supportare la strategia di crescita dell'azienda sviluppando una solida pipeline di progetti in Italia centrale e meridionale. Requisiti Portando un portafoglio clienti ben sviluppato nel centro-sud Conoscenza delle analisi ambientali e del mercato fondiario italiano Eccellenti capacità negoziali e di relazione con le comunità Conoscenza del processo autorizzativo italiano Disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti sul territorio Padronanza della lingua italiana
