Junior R&D Project Manager

IEMA Srl azienda leader nell'ambito dell'impiantistica elettrica e soluzioni tecnologiche per macchine automatiche, con sede a San Giorgio di Piano, seleziona Junior R&D Project Manager We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior R&D Project Manager to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. As a Junior R&D PM, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovative projects in our organization's R&D portfolio. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Support senior project managers in coordinating R&D projects by organizing team meetings, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation. Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior project managers and team members. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project objectives and progress. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and work with senior project managers to develop mitigation strategies. Quality Control: Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in project deliverables and R&D processes. Budget Management: Support in tracking project expenses and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D teams, engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of projects and alignment with company goals. Research Support: Conduct research and gather relevant data to aid in decision-making and project planning. Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying areas for process improvement within the R&D project management function. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus) Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in project management tools and software. Basic understanding of research and development processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a bonus. Experience: Prior experience in project management or R&D coordination is an advantage but not mandatory for a Junior role. Internships or academic projects involving project management can be considered.
