Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' ensuring a friendly and professional interaction. - Assist customers in navigating our products and services by offering clear and accurate information. - Promptly resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Document customer interactions thoroughly and conduct follow-ups to ensure all concerns are addressed. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and improve the customer experience. - Stay informed about company offerings and industry developments to provide knowledgeable assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of additional languages is an asset. - Experience in customer service roles' preferably in a multilingual setting' is preferred. - Strong communication skills' with a focus on building positive relationships with customers. - Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. - Comfortable using computer systems and various CRM tools. - A proactive attitude' enthusiasm for cultural experiences' and readiness to relocate to Greece. - Flexibility to work varied hours' including evenings and weekends as needed.
