IL PROGETTO Un prestigioso progetto di hospitality in Sardegna che riunisce un insieme di ville di lusso immerse nella natura della Costa Smeralda. Il concept si fonda su un approccio tailor-made e sull’obiettivo di offrire ai propri ospiti esperienze autentiche e personalizzate, valorizzando la bellezza e l’identità del territorio. Con diverse ville già operative e ulteriori aperture previste nella prossima stagione, l'azienda ricerca una figura capace di guidare la crescita e l’operatività con visione strategica, sensibilità estetica e forte orientamento al cliente . IL RUOLO Il/La Director of Residences sarà responsabile della gestione complessiva delle ville, garantendo standard elevati di servizio, manutenzione e cura degli spazi, oltre a ideare esperienze personalizzate per una clientela internazionale di alto livello. La figura coordinerà le attività quotidiane, il personale interno e i rapporti con partner e fornitori locali, assicurando la perfetta armonia tra efficienza operativa e cura dell’esperienza dell’ospite. RESPONSABILITA' Operations Supervisionare e coordinare le operazioni quotidiane delle ville, garantendo eccellenza nel servizio, nella manutenzione e nella gestione del personale. Gestire i team di housekeeping, manutenzione e giardinaggio, assicurando efficienza operativa e attenzione ai dettagli. Sviluppare partnership strategiche con realtà locali (ristorazione, produttori, artigiani, operatori outdoor, fornitori di servizi) per creare esperienze autentiche e su misura. Ideare e organizzare esperienze personalizzate in linea con i desideri e le aspettative degli ospiti. Monitorare budget, forecast e performance economiche, gestendo costi, ricavi e obiettivi operativi. Collaborare con la direzione per l’implementazione di strategie di sviluppo e posizionamento del brand. Coordinare attività di cantiere e progetti di ampliamento o ristrutturazione durante la bassa stagione, in collaborazione con tecnici e fornitori. Assicurare la conformità alle normative in materia di sicurezza, igiene e standard qualitativi. Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo e motivante, favorendo coesione e crescita professionale del team. REQUISITI Esperienza consolidata in ruoli manageriali nel settore hospitality, preferibilmente in contesti di ville, luxury residences o resort di fascia alta . Spiccata creatività, empatia e capacità relazionale , con attitudine a costruire esperienze personalizzate per una clientela internazionale. Conoscenza del territorio e capacità di sviluppare sinergie con partner e realtà locali . Competenze gestionali e analitiche (budgeting, cost control, P&L). Leadership autorevole e capacità di gestione di team multidisciplinari. Attenzione al dettaglio, problem-solving e approccio proattivo. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus. Flessibilità e disponibilità a operare con presenza costante durante la stagione estiva (aprile–settembre) e a seguire progetti e cantieri nel periodo invernale.
