Titolo posizione: Project Procurement Manager Sede di lavoro: Basra, Iraq (on-site) Settore: Oil & Gas Per un importante cliente internazionale ricerchiamo un/una Project Procurement Manager con esperienza nella gestione di procurement e subappalti per grandi progetti. Responsabilità Gestione completa degli approvvigionamenti di progetto: gare, contratti, noleggi e subappalti. Preparazione e implementazione del Procurement Plan e della strategia di sourcing. Coordinamento con Ingegneria, Legal e Procurement per richieste d’acquisto, analisi offerte e selezione fornitori/subappaltatori. Supervisione delle forniture: costi, qualità, tempi, expediting e spedizioni. Gestione delle criticità contrattuali e supporto nelle negoziazioni. Monitoraggio avanzamento forniture e reporting al management. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria/Economia o affini. Minimo 5 anni in ruoli di procurement su progetti Energy / Oil&Gas / Construction. Solida esperienza in gare, subappalti e contrattualistica. Ottime capacità negoziali e relazionali. Conoscenza professionale di italiano e inglese
