Your Mission : We are looking to hire an experienced Junior R&D Intern to join our team, with a strong interest in the world of chocolate and food innovation. The selected candidate will work alongside senior researchers in developing new products and innovative projects, and will participate in the preparation of laboratory prototypes. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in a dynamic and creative environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of chocolate samples and prototypes Participate in sensory evaluations and pilot tests Collect and analyze laboratory data Support the drafting of technical documentation Monitor trends and innovations in the confectionery industry The Ideal Candidate : Enrolled in a degree program in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field Genuine interest in chocolate and food innovation Accuracy, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques Good command of English Previous internship or academic project in the food sector Good manual skills Creativity and proactive attitude What We Offer : Celebrate Success: Annual results-based bonus, with the option to convert it into welfare benefits.
