From Randstad we are looking for a Site Manager for a company that belongs to the renewable energy sector. Your mission is: Coordinate activities and construction in compliance with project requirements Your functions will be: Define the strategy and planning of the project execution.
• Coordinate all construction activities, involving subcontractors/suppliers/installers, CAFTE areas, locally purchased materials, and different contractors, ensuring compliance with technical requirements on time, identifying and rectifying deviations.
• Search for local subcontractors/suppliers/installers and provide support in the hiring process.
• Monitor, ensure and report the progress of the construction / installation phase of the project, identifying deviations, and defining and implementing corrective action plans.
• Ensure the balance defined in terms of time, cost and technical requirements and the quality levels demanded by the client, as defined in the engineering specifications.
• Ensure integration in the execution/installation between the different subsystems.
• Supervise the testing and commissioning of the plant.
• Participate in meetings with clients to verify project progress.
• Support the engineering department in obtaining information for project definition and collect information about the executed project to generate As-Built documentation.
• Support logistics coordination for on-site delivery.
