We’re expanding our Airfreight Operations team in Rome and looking for passionate, experienced professionals ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment. What You’ll Do Manage the full operational cycle of airfreight shipments. Arrange and monitor bookings with airlines and service providers. Prepare and verify shipping documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures. Coordinate daily with customers, agents, and partners for smooth operations. Track shipments and proactively resolve issues or delays. Support billing and cost control for assigned shipments. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to optimize processes. What We’re Looking For 4–5 years of experience in airfreight operations within freight forwarding. Strong knowledge of international logistics and air cargo documentation. Fluent English (written and spoken). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines. Proficiency in Office 365; CargoWise experience is a strong plus . Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
