Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading tech company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering top-notch customer support. As a key member of our team' you will assist customers in navigating their tech-related inquiries' providing assistance in Italian. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide accurate information on product features' specifications' and user troubleshooting. - Assist customers with technical issues' helping them to resolve their problems efficiently. - Document customer interactions effectively and maintain records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer complaints and provide solutions. - Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance the customer experience. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' preferably in the tech industry' is desirable. - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Good problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset. - Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is an advantage. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary.
