Per conto di un’importante multinazionale farmaceutica, leader nel settore delle malattie cardiometaboliche, ricerchiamo un Medical Lead Diabete , a riporto del Direttore Medico Italia. Il Medical Lead sarà responsabile della supervisione delle attività mediche nell’area terapeutica di riferimento e coordinerà un team di 3 risorse. Responsabilità principali Definire e implementare la strategia medica a supporto dei prodotti nell’area cardiometabolica, in collaborazione con il team cross-funzionale. Coordinare e guidare un team di 3 risorse, garantendo sviluppo professionale e allineamento agli obiettivi aziendali. Assicurare la qualità scientifica delle attività di medical affairs, incluso supporto a studi clinici, pubblicazioni, advisory board e programmi educazionali. Interagire con Opinion Leader, società scientifiche e stakeholder chiave nel campo cardiometabolico. Collaborare con le funzioni interne (Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical) per garantire il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti e lo sviluppo delle attività mediche. Requisiti Pregressa esperienza in Medical Affairs o ruoli medici all’interno di aziende farmaceutiche in area metabolica. Capacità di coordinamento di team e di gestione di progettualità complesse. Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di leadership. Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
