Manpower è alla ricerca di un Junior Mechanical Architecture Engineer, motivato ed entusiasta, da inserire nel dipartimento Engineering presso la sede di Pistoia (IT). Responsabilit principali Definire l’architettura del treno e le prestazioni trasversali (peso, sagoma, ergonomia). Redigere e gestire le specifiche tecniche, in coordinamento con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Sviluppare e mantenere layout delle aree passeggeri, in linea con standard e requisiti di progetto. Monitorare KPI di progetto e valutare vincoli progettuali legati alle attivit SBS (Sub-System Breakdown Structure). Gestire attivit di ingegneria strutturale, inclusa la co-progettazione e la definizione dei componenti saldati della cassa. Definire le interfacce meccaniche della cassa e dei relativi sottosistemi. Utilizzare strumenti di gestione requisiti (preferibilmente DOORS). Sede di Lavoro: Pistoia modalit di lavoro: ibrida Assunzione a tempo indeterminato direttamente con il Cliente Competenze richieste Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente. Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in progetti ferroviari. Conoscenza delle normative di progettazione veicoli ferroviari. Padronanza degli strumenti CAD (Autodesk, Creo 11). Esperienza con tool di gestione requisiti (preferibile DOORS). Conoscenze di base in ambito elettrico e meccanico. Buona padronanza di software di office automation (Word, Excel, ecc.). Conoscenza di software di progettazione meccanica (Autocad, Creo, Catia, ecc.). Capacit di lavorare in autonomia e in team, in ambienti dinamici e internazionali.
