About The Role If you have just graduated or are about to graduate and are looking for an internship opportunity in the Operations area as a Process Engineer and Time and Methods Analyst, this is the right opportunity for you We are currently looking for talented and motivated graduates to join us as Process Engineers and T&M Specialists in our production site. Join us and get ready to embark on an exciting and rewarding journey to professional success What You Will Do Participation in continuous improvement projects, led by more experienced engineers or managers. Contribution to the identification of solutions, design of new processes and evaluation of the performance of initiatives. Implementation of changes and optimizations: you will collaborate with the team to implement the identified improvements. This could include the definition of new processes, the implementation of new tools or the introduction of optimization techniques. Support in documentation: drafting technical documentation, such as data analysis reports, project reports or standard operating procedures. Training and personal development: you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen your technical skills and become familiar with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen. Cross-functional collaboration: you will work closely with different departments within the company, such as production, engineering, quality and logistics, to fully understand how the entire production chain works. Monitoring results: you will monitor the effectiveness of the implemented changes and collect feedback from operators in the field. Who You Are Technical knowledge: solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, technologies and methodologies used in production processes. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze data, identify problems or inefficiencies in production processes and propose effective solutions to improve them. Teamwork skills: Being able to collaborate with different people and departments within the company, communicating effectively and actively contributing to improvement projects. Adaptability: Being able to adapt to different situations and work environments, flexibly address challenges and find creative solutions to problems. Learning skills: Being open to learning new skills and acquiring specific knowledge related to production and the paper industry. Time management: Ability to efficiently manage your time and the tasks assigned during the internship, meeting deadlines and maintaining organization. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the team and colleagues, presenting your ideas and results in an understandable way. Result orientation: Being oriented towards achieving the objectives and results of the internship project, working with determination and commitment to achieve the desired results. Safety knowledge: Being aware of safety regulations and practices in a production environment and acting responsibly to ensure the safety of oneself and others. Data analysis skills: Being able to collect, process and interpret data related to production processes, using analysis tools to make informed decisions and improve performance.
